At Sergeant Suds Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and provide every client with a fair and transparent refund policy.
Clients have up to 48 hours from the completion of their cleaning service to report any concerns regarding quality, missed areas, or service-related issues.
All concerns must be submitted through our official communication channels (email, text, or website form).
Once submitted, our team will review your message and may request photos or clarification.
When appropriate, we will schedule a free corrective re-clean to resolve the issue.
In cases where a corrective cleaning is not possible, not desired, or not applicable, we may issue a partial refund.
Refunds will never exceed 50% of the total service charge.
Refund amounts are determined based on the nature and severity of the concern.
Refunds are issued only after a review by management and must comply with this policy.
Refunds will not be provided when:
Concerns are reported after the 48-hour window
Issues are related to pre-existing damage, heavy buildup requiring additional services, or areas not included in the booked service
Access to the property was restricted or unsafe for our cleaners
The service was performed according to the agreed scope and checklist
